Hand-turned from raw Black Palm—the dense, speckled hardwood that looks like carbon fiber but feels warm in the hand. Every handle is soaked in thin CA to lock down the interlocking grain, then sanded to 1 000 grit and burnished smooth. Up front sits a mirror-polished 6 mm M2 HSS spike that glides through 12 oz veg-tan like it’s linen.

• Purpose-built: scratch, mark, or pierce leather, wood, or soft metals with zero wobble.
• Ergonomic teardrop profile: ⅞″ max diameter, 4″ OAL—fills the palm, won’t roll off the bench standing up.
• Steel: M2-class HSS at 61-62 HRC; 3″ exposed, satin-polished for low friction.
