Our main suppliers are Springfield Leather.

For Leathercraft, we believe that simple High Carbon Steels cannot be rivaled. It’s easy to sharpen, easy to reprofile, and holds an excellent edge. This allows us to be much more affordable than our competitors.

With proper care, we believe our knives and straps should provide years of enjoyment with the proper care. Simply oil your knives once a month or twice a month depending on the humidity and you should be fine. You can use mineral oil or what we recommend, Tsubaki Oil.

To extend the life of your carbon steel knives, make sure you clean them regularly with warm water and a cloth. Avoid using soap or abrasive cleaners as it can damage the blade. After cleaning, dry them thoroughly and then lightly oil the blade. Make sure you store the knives in a dry place, away from moisture and direct sunlight. Additionally, use a proper skiving surface like a lithography stone or cutting mat.

We will really limited time knives a few times a year and will bring them back depending on demand.
